Preschool Director and Early Childhood Educator

Welcome! My name is Meg Connors and I am the director of Wee Explorers Preschool. I also work alongside Miss Jordan as an early childhood educator in our classroom. With over 25 years of experience in the field of education, I have had the privilege of teaching in a diverse array of school settings across the globe, including the United States, Germany and Botswana. I hold a Vermont teaching license in early childhood education, elementary education and special education, but my passion lies in working with children ages 3-5 years old. There is something magical about experiencing the world through the eyes of a young child. Drawing from my personal experience as a parent, I deeply understand the value of community and family involvement in early childhood education. My own children attended a cooperative preschool and I am committed to learning and working alongside our families to make Wee Explorers Preschool the best it can be!

Early Childhood Educator

Hello! My name is Jordan Fagnant. I graduated from Lamoille Union High School in 2022 and since then, have been spending basically all of my time with kids. I am the co-teacher at Wee Explorers, working alongside our director, Miss Meg. I have been babysitting since I was 13 and spent a year working as a substitute in the preschool at Hyde Park Elementary. I love being around kids, especially at this age, they are so full of ideas and never fail to put a smile on my face. I also have 10 years of dance experience and I love sharing that with kids. Currently, I am working towards an early childhood degree through the Apprenticeship Program at CCV where I take classes while getting first hand experience here at Wee Explorers.
